New 2025

New 2025 postage stamps covers the issues released during the 2025 program year: commemorative designs, Forever stamps and higher-denomination issues for large envelopes and international mail. Release schedules shift during the year, so each listing shows what is actually carried in the catalog rather than what was announced. If you are buying for a mailing program rather than for a collection, check three things on the listing before ordering: whether the stamp is Forever or denominated, which formats are available as booklets, coils or sheets, and the total stamp count per pack, because the per-stamp cost changes with format and quantity.

Frequently asked questions

Are all 2025 stamps Forever stamps?

No. The 2025 program mixes Forever stamps for First-Class Mail letters with denominated issues for larger envelopes, international mail and priority services. Each listing states which one you are buying.

Which pack format is cheapest per stamp?

Larger packs are cheaper per stamp in every format. Sheets and panes usually reach the lowest per-stamp cost at the top quantity tier, while coils and booklets are more convenient for repeated mailing.

How often does USPS release new stamps?

New designs are issued throughout the year rather than on one date. The issues listed in this category are those currently carried in the PostageGrid catalog.

Can 2025 stamps still be used after a rate change?

Forever stamps stay valid at the current letter rate after a rate change. Denominated stamps cover only their printed value, so additional postage is needed if rates rise.
