Shipping
PostageGrid at postagegrid.com dispatches products the same day. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch, with USPS or GOFO depending on the order and destination. Arrival can vary with carrier conditions. For shipping questions, email postagegrid@postagegrid.com with your order number.
Same-day dispatch
All products are dispatched the same day. Same-day dispatch does not mean same-day delivery.
Carriers
PostageGrid orders may be shipped with USPS or GOFO. The carrier used can depend on the order and destination.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after dispatch. Actual transit time can vary with the delivery address, carrier conditions and events outside PostageGrid’s control.
Tracking and delivery updates
If tracking information is issued for the shipment, use that carrier record for the latest available update. Tracking availability can depend on the service used.
Delayed shipment?
If an order has not arrived after the estimated window, email postagegrid@postagegrid.com with the order number. PostageGrid will review the available order and carrier information and explain the next step.
Address accuracy
Review the recipient name and complete delivery address before ordering. Contact support promptly if an error is found; an address change may not be possible after processing begins.
