Frequently asked questions

What is PostageGrid?

PostageGrid at postagegrid.com is an independent U.S. online retailer and information resource. It helps offices, organizations, and high-volume mailers compare available postage products by format, quantity, price, and availability.

Is PostageGrid part of USPS?

No. PostageGrid is not the United States Postal Service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by USPS. PostageGrid is an independent retailer; USPS names and product references identify relevant postage products and services.

What postage products and quantities can I browse?

The catalog may include U.S. flag stamp coils, booklets, sheets, and themed issues. Available formats and quantities vary by product. Review the individual product page for the current image, format, quantity, displayed price, and availability before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

All products are dispatched the same day. Estimated delivery is five to seven business days after dispatch depending on the customer’s delivery address and carrier conditions. Tracking is provided when available; contact support if a shipment is delayed.

See the full Shipping policy for the current process.

What is the return policy?

Customers may contact PostageGrid within 30 days of delivery about a return. There is no return or restocking service fee, but the buyer is responsible for return shipping. After the returned order is received and reviewed, a qualifying refund is issued within seven business days.

See the Returns policy for the complete instructions.

Are the products authentic?

PostageGrid states that products are procured through the company’s centralized purchasing process and represented as genuine USPS-issued products. If an authenticity mismatch is identified, contact support with the order details so it can be reviewed; a refund may be available under the Authenticity and sourcing policy.

How is a pane of 20 different from an order of 100 stamps?

A pane of 20 describes one physical unit containing 20 stamps. The total in your selected pack can be larger: the U.S. Flag 2026 pane listing offers a 5 Panes / 100 Pcs option, which contains 100 stamps. Cart quantity multiplies the selected pack, so two of those packs contain 200 stamps. Confirm the selected option and current order total before checkout.

Review the U.S. Flag pane listing and the print run and pack count guide for the worked example.

How can a business plan a larger order?

Start with the expected mail volume, preferred format, issue or design, and timing. Then review Bulk Orders, use the planning tools, or submit a volume quote request. A quote request is not an order, reservation, price guarantee, or availability guarantee.
